Harrington Heights is Alpha Projects' newest affordable housing development in East Village.
The 15-story building includes 273 units with 65 permanent supportive housing (PSH) units set aside for individuals experiencing homelessness, 10 units for veterans experiencing homelessness, 40 units for residents with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities, 155 units restricted to low-income individuals and families, as well as 3 manager units. Harrington Heights includes an on-site computer lab, food pantry, reading lounge, indoor and outdoor communal areas, BBQs, designated pet-relief area, and laundry facilities. Alpha Project will provide on-site support services and case management.
