Luther Tower Apartments is an affordable rental housing community located at 1455 2nd Ave in San Diego, CA. Built in 1964, it is a senior affordable housing community with 94 one bedroom apartments and 106 studio apartments, standing 14 stories tall.

It is presently undergoing a total rehabilitation that will modernize the facility for the seniors living there. Alpha project will provide support services to the 200+ residents.

The property will be professionally managed by Royal Property Management Group.
