Kyla WintersChief Development Officer

Jan NorbyChief Financial Officer, CPA
Responsible for financial contract compliance, audits, all internal accounting, accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, benefit coordination, budget monitoring and financial reporting. Jan can be reached at Jan@alphaproject.org.

Janice IzorDirector of Marketing and Resource Development
Responsible for spearheading the agency’s marketing, advertising and fundraising efforts. Janice also assists with sponsorships and grant writing and works closely with the operational, development and finance departments to ensure cohesion. Janice can be reached at Janice@alphaproject.org.

Karen Pucci, Director of Special Projects
Responsible for overseeing the Winter Shelter, Neil Good Day Center and all Take Back the Streets work crews and contracts. Karen also oversees Alpha House, our sober living facility and our Hospice for the Homeless program. Karen can be reached at KarenPucci@alphaproject.org.

Jason Rodriguez, Director of Alcohol and Drug Services
Responsible for day-to-day management of residential treatment program, supervision of all program staff, implementation of agency policy, adherence to program policies and procedures and insuring thorough evaluation and reporting to all funding sources and relevant public agencies.
